Works like a charm and since I started using it I haven't gone back to the old portafilter. Not sure if it makes the coffee actually taste better, but I certainly think it does and it allows you to appreciate the rich syrupy shots of coffee which aesthetically is much more appealing
We recently bought a Breville - Bottomless Portafilter - 54mm - Almond Solid Wood. Looks great and works well with our Oracle Unit. Pricing and service was good and would recommend to avid coffee lovers!
I have wanted one of these for a while. I wasn't sure how much difference it would really make but was pleasantly surprised at the improved crema and improved taste. I love this bottomless portafilter and would recommend it to anyone. A great product.
I ordered the tamper & distributor which arrived in about two days, which was excellent considering it was so close to Xmas. Such great quality and finish with a nice weight in the tamper.
