I was hesitant buying a bottomless portafilter for my delonghi dedicated Arte ec885 because you never know if it will fit properly or if the quality is high, however I'm glad I got mine from coffee nerd. Customer service answered all my questions quickly and helped me choose the right portafilter for my coffee machine. Plus the delivery was sooner than I expected :) Worth it!
P.s for those who don't want their coffee passing through all that plastic - get a bottomless portafilter! It helps you tamp better and also it's healthier!
I bought this for my son who is a bit of a coffee connoisseur and he loved it.
He thought it not only looks great but very effective filter which produces a nice strong coffee. My order was quickly processed and arrived within the week.
I bought this on a whim. Let's be honest, often 2-in-1 devices are a compromise and rarely as good as two separate tools... but this is awesome! It's heavy, depth adjustable, and solidly made. My espresso has gone up a level!
I bought the puck screen after reading it might help with a more consistent pour. It does just that. More even water distribution and a better puck. Happy with the purchase.
The tamper has a nice solid weight to it. Much nicer than the tamper that came with my Breville machine. The wood tone matches the bottomless portafilter and Distributor Needle With Stand.
This was to replace the cheapo tamper that came with my machine.
Very pleased with the quality - weighs a ton - is adjustable - and I now get a level dose in my puck.
