All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are subject to courier capacity, weather conditions, and operational delays. We are not able to guarantee delivery dates once an order has been dispatched.

  • Flat rate $9.95 AUD for orders under $99

  • Large or bulky items may incur separate shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout

• Handling time: 0–1 business days (Mon–Fri)

• Transit time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri)

• Total delivery estimate: 2–6 business days

• Carriers: Australia Post

• Shipping Cost:

  • Free shipping on orders over £70

  • Flat rate £3.85 for orders under £70

• Cut-off time: 11am GMT

• Handling time: 0–1 business days (Mon–Fri)

• Transit time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri)

• Total delivery estimate: 2–4 business days

• Carriers: Royal Mail (from our UK warehouse)

If goods are not delivered within a reasonable time (typically 30 days) you may be entitled to cancel your order and request a refund.

If a UK customer cancels within their legal cancellation period, we will refund the cost of standard delivery where applicable.

🛡️ Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at sales@coffeenerd.com.au and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Where a courier formally confirms that a parcel has been lost prior to delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note that once a parcel has been delivered to the nominated address or left in a customer-selected Safeplace, it is considered delivered. We are unable to cover loss, theft, or damage that occurs after confirmed delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched, any delivery changes requested directly with the courier are outside our control. Where a parcel is delivered to the nominated address or a customer-selected Safeplace, delivery is deemed complete and responsibility passes to the recipient.
